Welcome to Oakford Equipment, DBA Oakford Rentals. By booking, paying for, or using any of our trailers, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all trailer rentals from Oakford Rentals in Modesto, California.

• Flatbed Car Trailer
   
• Dump Trailer
   

To rent from Oakford Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
   
• Possess a valid driver’s license
   
• Use a properly equipped tow vehicle (hitch, wiring, brake controller if required)
   
• Provide valid identification and payment
   

• Rental begins at pickup and ends upon return
   
• Late returns may result in additional charges
   
• No refunds for early returns
   
• Renter is responsible for all rental fees, deposits, late fees, cleaning fees, and damage costs
   

You agree to use the trailer only for lawful and safe purposes.

You may not:

• Overload the trailer
   
• Transport hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials
   
• Use the trailer for illegal activity
   
• Sublease or transfer the trailer to others
   
• Tow with an unsafe or unapproved vehicle
   

All loads must be properly secured.

• No hazardous or illegal dumping
   
• No overloading
   
• Proper disposal of materials is the renter’s responsibility
   
• Renter is responsible for all damage to hydraulic systems and components
   

• Vehicles must be properly centered and secured
   
• Tie-downs and safety chains must be used
   
• Weight limits must not be exceeded
   
• Oakford Rentals is not responsible for damage caused by improper loading
   

• Trailers are provided in working condition
   
• Inspect equipment before use
   
• Report any damage before leaving the lot
   
• Unreported damage becomes renter responsibility
   

The renter is fully responsible for all:

• Damage
   
• Loss
   
• Theft
   
• Tire damage
   
• Structural damage
   
• Hydraulic damage (dump trailers)
   

Repair and replacement costs will be charged to the renter.

• All trailer use is at the renter’s own risk
   
• Oakford Rentals provides no insurance coverage
   
• Renters must carry their own auto and liability insurance
   
• Oakford Rentals is not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses
   

Trailers must be returned clean. Excessive dirt, debris, trash, or material residue may result in a cleaning fee.

Oakford Rentals reserves the right to terminate rental and recover equipment if:

• Terms are violated
   
• Equipment is misused
   
• Illegal activity is suspected
   

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable local regulations in Modesto, CA.

By booking, paying for, picking up, or using any trailer from Oakford Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
